It is vital to get off to a good start with a drive placed simply anywhere on the fairway.
2
Par 4, Length 358m
Must keep clear of the bunker on the right hand side of the green. A lot of small breaks in this green, with most approach shots kicking on, rather than stopping. Taking one less club is a sensible play here.

Par 5, Length 411m
Longer hitters should use a 3 wood or long iron off this tee, as the fairway cuts to the left sharply. Try to stay up on the left hand side of the fairway here, as it will leave a much easier second shot.

Par 4, Length 390m
Must have all attention focused on this approach shot. With a false front and sides you must hit this shot perfectly or you will find yourself with an extremely difficult chip.
5
Par 4, Length 318m
The sensible play is to take a long iron or fairway wood off the tee to hit the widest part of the fairway. The more aggressive player has the option of slicing one around or over the trees.
6
Par 3, Length 166m
A deep bunker to the right must be avoided. Take 2 clubs extra here, as all short shots will leave a difficult uphill pitch.
7
Par 4, Length 421m
One of the longer holes on the course, and generally plays back into the breeze. A wide fairway makes the tee shot easier, however many will struggle to get it far enough up to reach the green in two.
8
Par 3, Length 140m
With O.O.B and a large bunker at the back of the Green, with also the elevation of the green the best play here is simply playing for the middle with the possibility of holing a putt.
9
Par 4, Length 341m
The risk outweighs the rewards on this tee shot, it is absolutely important to find this fairway a missed fairway on this hole normally means worse than bogey. Play safe from the Tee.
10
Par 4, Length 340m
No need for heroics here with O.O.B left and strong tree line right a fairway finder is essential.
11
Par 4, Length 344m
The tee shot here is blind with a fairway that slopes dramatically from left to right, aim just left of the Ladies Tee Box and go after it.
12
Par 3, Length 142m
Any shot hit to the right will catch the bank and kick to the left however it could run all the way to the left of the green and could run into a deep-deep bunker on the left. This green is very tricky with a slight hump in the back right portion of the green. Be sure to be below the hole for an easier putt.
13
Par 5, Length 493m
A blind tee shot, this fairway slopes to the left, however a tee shot hit to the right of the fairway will catch a gully and stay in the rough.
14
Par 4, Length 393m
As this is one of the courses longest par 4's it is a must to hit the fairway. With a fairway bunker on the left and tree line down the right this is where the straight drive is best.
15
Par 3, Length 168m
A tough 168m par 3. With a very steep slope just right of the green all shots hit right will be penalised with a very tough pitch shot coming back up the slope. Very tricky green to read, just remember green breaks towards the river.
16
Par 5, Length 508m
The tee shot on this very long par 5 is extremely important. With a hazard on the left hand side and trees down the right it is a must to put the ball on the fairway.
17
Par 3, Length 148m
Relatively easy 140m par 3. With bunkers short right and short left and a hazard over the back of the green to avoid, this par 3 boasts a lot of appeal.
18
Par 4, Length 355m
This hole calls for a straight tee shot as there is OOB on the right and water hazard on the left. Putting the driver away for this hole is worth considering.
