Par 5, Length 458m
Your round starts with an elevated tee shot to a fairway that bends to the left. A good drive is required to pass the large tuart tree on the left. The right-hand side will give shorter drives the best angle to the elevated two tier green. Only a precise approach will set up a realistic birdie opportunity.

Par 4, Length 362m
This attractive tee shot demands accuracy with thick bush bordering both sides of the fairway. Closer to the fairway bunker off the tee gives the best angle to this green that sits diagonally to the line of play.
The green slopes back to front and left to right.

Par 3, Length 168m
Not a long par three but one that needs a solid shot to carry the steep drop off short and right of the green. It can be hard to judge the wind with the large surrounding trees and the safe approach is to favor long and left. There is more movement in the green than it seems.

Par 4, Length 328m
While the scorecard would suggest a short par 5, this hole is anything but easy. The distant tuart on the left is the ideal aiming point for this semi-blind tee shot. Only those drives finding the narrow fairway will allow for any attempt to reach the green in two. The second and third shots play uphill and often into the wind making the hole play much longer than the yardage suggests. A back to front slope on the green means putts from above the hole need your full attention.

Par 4, Length 318m
This short par 4 plays from an elevated tee and that makes it tempting to hit a driver; yet with bunkers left and thick bush to the right there is little room for error. The sloping green is shallow and well protected short right and behind by bunkers.
6
Par 5, Length 458m
This attractive par 3 framed by huge gum trees has a small flattish green and generally plays into the wind. With bunkers left and right the best miss is short.
7
Par 4, Length 265m
This short par 4 is the narrowest on the course. The small landing area rewards shots from the left side with a clearer approach. The front of the green is protected by a deep bunker so choosing enough club is vital.

Par 4, Length 275m
This tee shot generally plays down wind making the fairway bunkers on the left in play for many. Accuracy with the second shot is important as the green slopes quite steeply from back right to front left leading to potentially difficult putting.
9
Par 3, Length 120m
A straightforward drive to a wide fairway often playing into the Seabreeze. A front bunker protects a green with some interesting contours. A deep swale behind the green makes precise club selection crucial if difficult recoveries are to be avoided.
10
Par 4, Length 348m
This Par 4 has two fairway bunkers framing the left side. The fairway narrows the further you drive so a fairway wood or iron from the tee gives you more room for error. The approach will be a short iron to a green that sits in a dell framed by trees. A rise in the back right of the green can be a useful backstop for downwind approaches.

Par 4, Length 330m
A tougher par 4 where the tee shot plays into the prevailing wind to a fairway sloping to the right that feeds balls towards two fairway bunkers. The second shot is tricky to judge as from most of the fairway you can only see the top of the flagstick. Generally, play more club and aim further left than you think as there is a kicker slope that will send the ball towards the flag.
12
Par 3, Length 148m
A medium to long iron is required, playing to a green with a small run off area on the right-hand. Avoid the big gum tree off the tee by aiming for the left side of the green.
13
Par 5, Length 467m
The tee shot on this par 4 is downhill into a small valley with fairway bunkers left and right. The second plays uphill to a two tier green with a back to front slope. Take at least one more club than you think for the approach shot while avoiding the large tree short right of the green.
14
Par 4, Length 318m
A difficult blind tee shot with the fairway angling to the left. Aim left of the Tuart tree on the fairway which is 200 metres from the men's tee. The downhill approach, often not from a level lie is to a green protected on three sides by water, club selection is crucial.
15
Par 3, Length 161m
Elevated tee shot on this par 5 hole makes for an enticing drive. The right side is ideal to avoid a large gum for the second shot. Approach shots can take advantage of a large slope left of the green yet be aware there is out of bounds 15 metres behind the green.
16
Par 4, Length 273m
This straight par 4 plays all uphill to a back to front sloping green. The preferred tee shot is to the middle left of the fairway to avoid the large tree complicating the second shot.
The approach will require at least one more club to get up the steep hill as shots that fall short can roll 50m or more back towards you. Putts from above the hole can be very quick.
17
Par 4, Length 328m
Accuracy is the key on this short par 4. An elevated tee shot to an angled fairway makes it important to choose your line wisely. The second shot is played to a dramatically elevated green which falls away steeply short and left. Long and right is the safer option as the sloped green will provide a backstop.
18
Par 4, Length 310m
This short par 3 can be difficult to choose the right club when the wind blows. A four-tiered green makes putting difficult if you are on the wrong section.
