Jail

Jerk

Jersey Bounce

Any ball that is advanced toward the green by virtue of the ball striking a cartpath, or highway running alongside a fairway, and remains or returns in bounds.

Jigger

An iron with moderate loft and a short shaft. No longer in use. Present equivalent is the 4 iron.

Jungle

A ball hit into the trees is often known as being hit into the jungle.
